Face to Face Sessions
Description:
Before we start training together we will have a consultation chat, lasting around 15-20 minutes, which helps me get an understanding of your goals, experience and some personal info! This is very casual but incredibly necessary to making sure we make progress!
What is included?
Run through what I have planned for the session
Full explanation and demonstration of every exercise
Verbal and visual assessments
Plan for your training/nutrition and any questions answered
Debrief at the end of the session, talking through positives and improvement areas for next session!

5 Sessions - £157.50 (10% Off)

Online Coaching
Description:
My online coaching is done in 4 week blocks, when you pay for a block we have 4 weeks together and then you decide whether you want to renew or discontinue. During this block you have FULL access to me via my coaching app, which I will add you to and where everything you need will be!

Description:
I have a range of pre made programs and the option to have a program made SPECIFICALLY for you, I have programs for everything including bodybuilding, all the way to powerlifting and even full nutritional programs to help you get your nutrition under control!
