How will having you as my PT/Coach benefit me?

What I aim for with my clients is to have EVERYTHING sorted for them so all you have to focus on is training and eating. I will sort out your training so that you know exactly what you’re doing and don’t feel confused about anything! Also, I will sort out your diet so that all you need to do is eat, I will sort your calories and macros out based on your goal. Basically, I will do all the work so you have NO stress and can put all your focus into just 2 things, training and eating!

What is your cancellation policy?

For face to face sessions I do not allow refunds but I do allow rescheduling if you let me know more than 1 hour before the session is set to take place. If for any reason you can no longer attend a session and fail to give me 1 hours notice then unfortunately this session can not be refunded or rescheduled. So please let me know ASAP. For online coaching it works in blocks of a month and you pay at the beginning of a block, you can not be refunded for a block that has already been paid for. However, you can cancel the recurring payment for the next block whenever, as long as it is cancelled before the payment is made!

Do I need to have previous training experience/knowledge to have a PT/Coach?

Absolutely not! Whether you’ve never exercised in your life and want to begin now or you have exercise experience and want to take your training further, or somewhere in between, I am more than happy to work with anybody! All I ask from you is you are willing to give your all and let me guide you and I am sure we shall reach your fitness goals!

Do I need to be a member at the gym you work at to have a session?

You in fact do not need to be a member at the gym I work at, what would happen is that I would let you in to have our session and you would have to vacate the building when the session is over! So there’s no barrier between us working together if you are not a member at ‘Anytime Fitness, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9AX’!
